1903 Solid 14KT Gold Lady Waltham Pocket Watch - Ornate Engravings - Full Hunter Case - Working Timepiece

The 14kt Gold hunting case on this extravagant pocket watch opens front and back to reveal the watch face, the gold dust cover, and the beautiful movement. Manufactured by Waltham, this is the “Lady Waltham” model that was dated to 1903 using the serial number (12661110). The gold case measures 1 3/8” in diameter, and I believe this model contains at least 11 ruby jewels in the movement. The inner case is stamped “14KT” indicating the gold content. The pocket watch is heavy for its size, weighing approx. 39 grams. The outside of the solid gold case is decorated with ornate swirl engravings front and back that wrap around the side of the case as well.


Although the pocket watch is over 100 yrs old, it still keeps excellent time and is fully functional. The hunter case opens smoothly via hinges on both sides, and the dust cover still possesses a mirror finish. The face features two dials – one for seconds, and the other for minutes, and there are no cracks or flaws to the dial. The gold shows no spots of discoloration anywhere on the case, and the crystal is scratch free.
